  • 1 cup cream or sour cream Make sure to use gluten-free options if needed
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning according to your taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Used for sautéing the meat

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey or chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in broccoli and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream or sour cream with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, combine the meat mixture with the cream mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

After your casserole cools, store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. You can prep this casserole in advance by assembling it a day ahead.
