- In a bowl, mix cream or sour cream with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, combine the meat mixture with the cream mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
After your casserole cools, store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months. You can prep this casserole in advance by assembling it a day ahead.
