Ingredients
  

Chicken & Seasoning
  • 800 g chicken breast, cubed
  • 3-4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp olive oil
Crispy Potatoes
  • 800 g uncooked potatoes, cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Optional Olive oil or cooking spray
Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 120 ml milk (any type)
  • 100 g light cream cheese (Philadelphia Lightest)
  • 40 g grated Parmesan
  • Extra seasoning (salt, garlic, mixed herbs)
  • 50 g shredded mozzarella (or any low-fat cheese)
  • For garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

Cooking the Potatoes
  1. Air fry or bake cubed potatoes at 200°C / 400°F for 18-20 min until golden & crispy.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. Sauté seasoned chicken for 5-6 min over medium heat.
Making it Creamy
  1. Lower the heat, add milk & cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Mix in the crispy potatoes, then sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  2. Cover for 4-5 min until melted.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!

Notes

For crispier potatoes, soak cubed potatoes in water for about 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust seasoning to taste. For a richer sauce, full-fat cream cheese can be used, but calorie count will increase. Customize with favorite vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or spinach for added nutrition and flavor.
