Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fry the green tomatoes in a skillet until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  3. Toast the bread slices.
Assembly
  1. Spread mayo on the toasted bread.
  2. Layer with lettuce, fried green tomatoes, bacon, and sliced tomato.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with another slice of bread, cut in half, and serve.
