  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce or sriracha For extra heat.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork or turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in coleslaw mix and soy sauce.
  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and green onions.
  7. Serve hot, optionally topped with hot sauce.

Notes
