  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb Ground beef Make sure to choose a lean option for less grease.
  • 12 slices Cheese (e.g., cheddar or American) Feel free to substitute with any cheese you like.
  • 1 medium Onion (optional) Sauté for added flavor.
  • 1 cup Pickles (optional) Add according to taste.
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Mustard (optional)
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust based on preference.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Adjust based on preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sauté onions if using.
Assembly
  1. Spread the cooked beef evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  2. Place slices of cheese on top of the beef.
  3. Add pickles, ketchup, and mustard if desired.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
Baking
  1. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.

Notes

Serve with your favorite sides, and consider offering additional toppings like lettuce or tomatoes for customization. To store leftovers, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
