Preparation

- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Assembly
- Spread the cooked beef evenly on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Place slices of cheese on top of the beef.
- Add pickles, ketchup, and mustard if desired.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
