- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts to the pot and cook until browned on both sides. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Pour in chicken broth and water, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Chop the cooked chicken and add it back to the pot along with mixed vegetables.
- Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for a few more minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
Make sure to sauté the garlic until it’s just fragrant to avoid burning it. This dish can be modified to be vegetarian with tofu and vegetable broth.
