Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
  2. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from skillet and slice.
Cooking the Vegetables
  1. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and cook until they are tender, about 5 minutes.
Combining the Dish
  1. Combine the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and bell peppers in the skillet. Toss to combine.
  2. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
