Instructions
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using short intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  2. Add the frozen banana, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, shredded coconut, and melted white chocolate to a blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness with extra milk if needed.
  4. Pour into glasses, add toppings if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based milk, dairy-free yogurt, and vegan white chocolate. Best enjoyed fresh.
