Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or white melting wafers Creamy base.
  • 1 cup toasted pecan halves or pieces Add crunchy texture.
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries Provides tartness.
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract Optional for added flavor.
  • Flaky sea salt Optional garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips or melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  2. Stir in the toasted pecans, dried cranberries, and vanilla extract (if using) until well combined and coated in chocolate.
  3. Drop clusters of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, each about a tablespoon in size.
  4. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top of the clusters, if desired.
  5. Refrigerate the baking sheet for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
Serving
  1. Once the clusters are set, serve on a platter or in a decorative bowl. Enjoy on their own, or add to a gift tray.
Storage
  1. Place clusters in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place or refrigerator for longer freshness.
  2. They should last for about a week if stored properly.

Notes

Make sure to toast pecans for enhanced flavor. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate; melting it slowly helps prevent burning. Customizations can include using different nuts or dried fruits.
