Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan or double boiler over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and half of the sprinkles.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and top with remaining sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until fully set.
- Melt almond bark or white chocolate and drizzle over the chilled fudge. Let set before slicing.
