- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy on both sides. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1–2 tablespoons of secret sauce evenly across the center.
- Layer lettuce, tomato slices, avocado, crispy turkey bacon, and shredded cheese in the center of the tortilla.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately. Optional: lightly grill the wrap in a dry skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for a crispy exterior.
Notes
For a lighter version, replace half of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. You can substitute turkey bacon with grilled chicken, crispy mushrooms, or tofu for variation.
