  • 2 Large Eggs
Optional Seasonings
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add cottage cheese and eggs to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Stir in optional seasonings if using.
  4. Spoon or pipe small tot shapes onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving to allow tots to firm up.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
