Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add cottage cheese and eggs to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Stir in optional seasonings if using.
- Spoon or pipe small tot shapes onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving to allow tots to firm up.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
