  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
Seasonings and Add-ins
  • 1 packet Dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet Dry Italian dressing mix
  • 4 oz Chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Pickled jalapeños, chopped Adjust to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the ranch dressing mix and Italian dressing mix. Stir well to combine evenly.
  3. Fold in the green chilies, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, green onions, and jalapeños.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to develop.
  5. Stir before serving and serve chilled with crackers, chips, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a milder dip, reduce the jalapeños. For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Best served chilled.
