Instructions
- Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden on both sides, then remove from the skillet.
- Lower the heat to medium, add remaining butter, then sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and honey. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or warm bread to soak up the creamy butter sauce. For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream.
