  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 10 oz Diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained 1 can
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in the drained tomatoes with green chiles, garlic powder, black pepper, and most of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables. For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for part of the mayonnaise.
