- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the drained tomatoes with green chiles, garlic powder, black pepper, and most of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables. For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for part of the mayonnaise.
