- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey with diced onion and garlic over medium heat.

- Stir in the black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and salsa.

- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
Serving
- Serve hot, topped with sour cream, guacamole, and chopped cilantro.
Notes
To store, let it cool, then transfer to an airtight container. Lasts 3-4 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
