  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Stir in broccoli florets and continue to cook until they are tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha. Pour this sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes
