- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Stir in broccoli florets and continue to cook until they are tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha. Pour this sauce over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
Great for busy weeknights and can be easily customized. Add sesame seeds or green onions for extra flavor and presentation.
