- In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish or silicone mold.
- Smooth the top with a spatula and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Once frozen, remove from the dish and cut into bars.
Notes
Serve these bars cold straight from the freezer. They can be topped with extra strawberries or a drizzle of honey for added flavor. To keep your bars fresh, store them in an airtight container in the freezer; they can last several weeks.
