  • 1 Avocado, sliced For topping.
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped Fresh cilantro enhances flavor.
Seasoning and Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For cooking.
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the steak, bell peppers, and onion.
  2. Prepare cauliflower rice according to package instructions or make it fresh.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper, cooking until browned.
  3. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet, cooking until they are softened.
Serving
  1. Serve the steak and veggie mixture over the cauliflower rice.
  2. Top with sliced avocado, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice. Enjoy!

Notes
