  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Add color and sweetness

Dressing

Preparation
  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the spring mix, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Add feta cheese and walnuts on top.

Notes
