Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding some grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking. Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep time. You can also add red pepper flakes for spice if desired.
