  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden.
Serving
  1. Once your pizza is baked, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve it hot with a side of marinara sauce or your preferred dipping sauce.

Notes

If you have leftover dough, store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. If it's already baked pizza, keep it in the fridge for about 2-3 days. To reheat, pop it back in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until warmed. Consider using herbs or garlic powder in the dough for extra flavor.
