Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, milk, sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
- Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll up the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Icing
- For the icing, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls and enjoy!
