  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika Adjust for taste preference
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and coat them well with the BBQ mixture.
Cooking
  1. If grilling, cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. If using the oven, place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
