  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Burger sauce (ketchup, mustard, mayo) for drizzling

Method
 

Cooking Potatoes
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced golden potatoes and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking Burgers
  1. In another skillet, form ground beef into patties and smash down with a spatula to cook evenly.
  2. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Assembling the Bowl
  1. In a bowl, layer crispy potatoes, smashed burgers, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
  2. Drizzle with burger sauce and add any other favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding spices to the ground beef before forming the patties. If you like your potatoes extra crispy, cook them longer in the skillet. Feel free to add additional toppings, such as pickles or onions, for more flavor.
