  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef, onion, garlic, ginger, curry powder, cumin, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the coconut milk and beef broth over the mixture.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

Serve with rice or naan. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
