Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Chop the mixed vegetables and add them to the pan around the chicken. Toss them with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cooking

  2. Once cooked, remove the pan from the oven. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
