Ingredients
  

For the coating
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Season with salt and pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten Used for binding
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Regular or panko for extra crunch
For the fries
  • 1 can Spam, cut into fry shapes Can use spicy or teriyaki Spam for different flavors
  • to taste Salt For seasoning the flour
  • to taste Pepper For seasoning the flour
  • as needed Oil for frying Preheat oil to 350°F (175°C)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each Spam fry first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs to coat.
Cooking
  1. Carefully place the coated Spam fries into the hot oil.
  2. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
