  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast the cauliflower in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender, stirring halfway through.
  2. While the cauliflower is roasting, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef.
  3. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
Serving
  1. To serve, place the roasted cauliflower in bowls and top with the cooked ground beef.
  2. Add any optional toppings if desired.
