- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes until they are tender.
- Stir in the cooked rice or pasta and soy sauce. Mix everything well and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
Notes
Serve garnished with sesame seeds or green onions for extra flavor. A side of salad or fruit complements the meal well. For leftovers, cool down before storing in an airtight container; lasts up to 3 days in the fridge or 2 months in the freezer.
