  • 2 pieces Tomatoes Sliced.
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves For topping.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling.
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze For drizzling.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the naan bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.
  4. Distribute the mozzarella and tomato slices evenly over the naan.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  3. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

This pizza is best served hot. Pair with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days; reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
