- Place the naan bread on a baking sheet.

- Distribute the mozzarella and tomato slices evenly over the naan.
- Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
This pizza is best served hot. Pair with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days; reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
