  • 1/4 cup whole milk Use cold for best frothing results.
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree Use pure pumpkin without additives.
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup Adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon For garnish.
For Serving
  • 2 cups cold brew or iced coffee
  • 1 cup ice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to a small bowl, jar, or frothing cup.
  2. Froth the mixture with a handheld frother or whisk until it becomes thickened, airy, and pourable.
Serving
  1. Fill two glasses with ice and pour in the cold brew or iced coffee.
  2. Spoon or pour the pumpkin cold foam over the top of each drink.
  3. Dust lightly with ground cinnamon and serve right away.

Notes

For best frothing results, ensure all ingredients are cold. If you desire a thicker foam, add more heavy cream and less milk. You can customize by adding flavored syrups or switching spices.
