Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup Taste filling before baking to adjust sweetness if needed.
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract You can substitute with almond extract for a different flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder (optional) Adds extra protein but can be omitted.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, blend together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and protein powder until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
  2. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftover cheesecake in an airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days. For longer storage, wrap well in plastic wrap and foil and freeze.
