Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Top the casserole with shredded cheddar and provolone cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Serve warm, ideally right out of the oven while the cheese is still gooey.
Notes
This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat leftovers in the oven or microwave.
