Cooking the Pasta and Chicken
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat them in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- In the same pot, add the cooked pasta and pesto sauce. Stir until well combined.
- Serve the pesto pasta topped with crispy Parmesan chicken.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. When reheating, add a splash of olive oil or more pesto if needed.
