Brownie Batter
  • 170 g Unsalted butter melted
  • 150 g Granulated sugar
  • 100 g Brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 95 g All-purpose flour
  • 45 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
Peanut Butter Swirl
  • 120 g Creamy peanut butter slightly warmed

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Fold into wet ingredients.
  5. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Dollop peanut butter over the batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes until edges are set and the center is fudgy.
  8. Let brownies cool completely before slicing and serving.
