Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge or freeze for longer storage. Wrap individually for easy access. Great with fruit, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.
