- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, chopped fresh vegetables, baby peas, and diced Spam.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Pasta salad can be served as a side dish or main course. Customize with additional vegetables or proteins. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. To keep it fresh longer, add dressing just before serving.
