- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts evenly with the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently so it sticks well.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Serve warm.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
