  • 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated recommended
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth low sodium
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • Large Skillet
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

Instructions
  1. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat chicken breasts evenly with the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently so it sticks well.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Serve warm.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
