  • 2 cups mixed fresh vegetables (like bell peppers, zucchini, and spinach) Feel free to use seasonal vegetables.
  • 4 medium potatoes Sweet potatoes can be used for a different flavor.
Spices and seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika For oven-baked fries.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to suit your taste.
Cooking oil
  • Olive oil Used for sautéing vegetables and coating fries.
Garnish
  • Fresh herbs Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation of fries
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into fries, toss them with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper, and spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are crispy.
Cooking the beef
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook until the beef is browned.
Sautéing the vegetables
  1. In another skillet, sauté the mixed vegetables in olive oil until they are tender.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the burger bowls by layering the ground beef and sautéed vegetables.
  2. Serve with the crispy fries on the side. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove before serving.
