- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add diced Spam and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve Musubi Spam Fried Rice hot, either on its own or with a side of salad or pickles. Great for leftovers; cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Thaw completely before reheating.
