  • 1 can Spam, diced Can substitute with chicken, beef, or tofu.
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (like peas, carrots, corn) Feel free to use different vegetables.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust based on salt preference; use gluten-free for gluten-free version.
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped Garnish for added flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil For cooking.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced Spam and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, and mixed vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing thoroughly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Stir in chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve Musubi Spam Fried Rice hot, either on its own or with a side of salad or pickles. Great for leftovers; cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Thaw completely before reheating.
