Preparation
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden and crispy.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add soy sauce and any other vegetables you desire, stir-frying until the vegetables are cooked but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
- Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave. You can also prepare ingredients in advance for quick cooking.
