  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons Maple syrup or honey Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Brew the coffee and allow it to cool completely before using.
  2. In a mason jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and salt. Stir to distribute evenly.
  3. Add cooled coffee, milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until fully combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
  5. Stir before serving. Adjust consistency with a splash of milk if needed and add desired toppings.

Notes

For a stronger mocha flavor, use bold brewed coffee. Sweetness can be adjusted after chilling. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days for meal prep.
