  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
For Frying
  • 1 pkg Egg roll wrappers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
  3. Roll the wrapper, folding in the sides to seal.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
  3. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
