  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Experiment with different types of cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • low carb wraps or tortillas Feel free to use gluten-free wraps if desired.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil or cooking spray.
  3. Place a wrap on the skillet and add a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling and then roll it up tightly.
  5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the wrap is golden and the cheese is melted.
  6. Repeat with remaining wraps.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

These wraps are best served warm. Pair them with a side salad or fresh veggies. For more flavor, consider adding bell peppers or spinach to the chicken mixture. Don't overfill the wraps to prevent tearing.
