- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, and red bell pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a dish or zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the grill, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with fresh citrus slices and herbs.
Notes
For best results, do not marinate longer than 4 hours to avoid breaking down the chicken texture. Serve with rice, grilled vegetables, or a fresh salad.
