  • 1/2 cup almond flour Finely ground.
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Light or extra-virgin.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the grated Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until uniform.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels and rub each with about 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Press each oiled chicken breast firmly into the cheese mixture, coating thoroughly.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the coated chicken breasts spaced evenly apart.
Cooking
  1. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil and spices for 30 minutes before coating. Ensure your oven is properly preheated for a crispy crust. Experiment with seasonings like paprika or cayenne.
