Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 rolls Slider rolls (connected) kept intact as a sheet
  • 8-10 slices Smoked turkey salami
  • 8-10 slices Roasted turkey breast or roasted chicken
  • 8-10 slices Chicken pepperoni or grilled mushrooms
  • 8-10 slices Provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup Banana peppers drained
Seasoned Butter Topping
  • 4 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese

Equipment

  • 9x13-inch Baking Dish
  • Serrated Knife
  • Small Mixing Bowl
  • Pastry brush

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the connected slider rolls horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom half in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer turkey salami, roasted turkey, chicken pepperoni, provolone cheese, and banana peppers evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  3. Place the top half of the rolls back on. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops.
  4. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove foil and bake an additional 3–5 minutes until the tops are lightly golden.
  5. Remove from oven, slice along roll lines, and serve warm. Add fresh lettuce or tomatoes if desired.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, replace deli meats with grilled vegetables such as mushrooms, zucchini, and bell peppers. Drain banana peppers well to prevent soggy rolls. Sliders can be assembled ahead and refrigerated before baking.
