Ingredients
  

Feta Filling
  • 200 g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 120 g Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 stalks Green onions, finely sliced
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
Assembly & Cooking
  • 20 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 500 ml Neutral cooking oil for frying or brushing
  • 4 tbsp Hot honey for drizzling

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix feta cheese, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
  2. Place one tablespoon of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Brush edges with water, roll tightly, and seal.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side, or air-fry at 190°C (375°F) for 7–9 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and drizzle with hot honey just before serving.

Notes

For best texture, serve immediately. Rolls can be air-fried or baked for a lighter option. Adjust hot honey amount to control spice level.
