- In a bowl, mix feta cheese, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Place one tablespoon of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Brush edges with water, roll tightly, and seal.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 2–3 minutes per side, or air-fry at 190°C (375°F) for 7–9 minutes.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and drizzle with hot honey just before serving.
Notes
For best texture, serve immediately. Rolls can be air-fried or baked for a lighter option. Adjust hot honey amount to control spice level.
