  • 1 tbsp Cumin Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Paprika Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder Adjust to taste.
Serving Components
  • 4 pieces Pita bread Warmed for serving.
  • 1 cup Salad Mixed greens or your choice.
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Sliced or diced.
  • 1 cup Cucumber Sliced or diced.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground lamb with yogurt and spices until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meat rolls and place on a baking tray.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Slice the cooked meat and serve in pita or bowls with your favorite toppings.

Notes
